The Redlands Conference Center offers state-of-the-art technology in an inviting hospitable setting. All the comforts and convenience people have come to expect from the very finest meeting facilities are now available in an easily-accessible, laid-back, small-town setting just a short drive from the hustle and bustle of the Oklahoma City metro area.

Redlands Conference Center
Seating up to 500, Redlands Conference can be left as one large area or divided into three seperate rooms by sliding walls. This would allow breakout sessions or vendor displays to be set up within a few steps of the main gathering area. Seating can be arranged in a style that best suits your event. Banquet seating is available for up to 260. the Center also included:

• An 11 ft. screen
• Front screen projector, slide projector and overhead projector
• VHS, DVD, CD and cassette player
• Podium on raised stage with wired and wireless microphone connections
• Complete wireless sound system
• KU and C band satellite downlink
• Adequate electrical outlets and wireless network connections
• Laptop and CD-ROM connections
• Access to kitchen
• Registration desk outside door

Computer Facilities
The RCC Information Commons has 40 Pentium-class IBM-compatible workstations. All are Internet accessible, have printing capabilities, use Windows applications, and are loaded with standard software allowing both word processing and bookkeeping functions among others. Redlands is happy to load specialized software, as requested, for your use and convenience.

Multimedia Rooms
When mention is made of Redlands' conference facilities being state-of-the-art, people are often referring to the multimedia rooms.

Technology Training Center
This room is a specialized computer training lab that can be disconnected from the RCC network for confidentiality. It contains the following features:

• 24 computer stations
• 5 x 5 ft. drop down screen
• Overhead projector
• Podium with laptop computer
• *Upon Redlands' approval, RCC will install specialized software for your convenience.

IETV Classrooms
Redlands has three Interactive Education Television classrooms that provide a link to anyone with simular capabilities. As a result, these classrooms can be used as live, two-way interactive conference rooms that include:

• Full-motion video and audio streaming capabilities
• Stationary instructor's mike
• Document camera
• Fax/phone
• Multimedia computer

MM-125
This Room seats up to 127, has stadium seating and is perfect for seminars or presentations. It includes:

• Wireless sound system
• Podium with wireless, hand-held or lapel microphones
• 10 x 10 ft. screen
• Rear screen projector
• Slide-to-video converter
• VHS, DVD and CD Player
• Document camera
• Microphone jacks, audio inputs and wall mounted speakers available
• Audience seating is equiped with electrical outlets perfect for laptops

Worldwide Videoconferencing
This state-of-the-art video conferencing facility provides fully H.323 compatible equipment, allowing connection to anyone, anywhere in the world with like capabilities. It is truly an exceptional way to reduce travel expenses for meeting purposes.

The room seats 24 people at two modular tables. The modular sections allow for breakout sessions during meetings or full group interactions.

Wireless Internet access is also provided in the room, enabling anyone with wireless 802.11b/g equipment to connect to the Internet.

OneNet Hub
As a OneNet hub site, not only can RCC connect seamlessly with any other OneNet facility, but also RCC can utilize our status by connecting to other Internet2 and Natiional Lambda Rail facilities. These services allow for high-speed data, video and voice communications between thousands of educational institutions and government entities.

Culture Center Theater
A beautiful auditorium seating just under 300, the Culture Center Theater has a stage with theatrical lighting, a great sound system and ascending seating. Plays are a terrific use of this space, as are speaking engagements, large group training and other related events.

Art Gallery
The Gallery is the perfect place for receptions or simply viewing beautiful art displays. The artwork is changed every six weeks, and the room is under 24-hour camera serveillance. Arangments can be made for a group to display its own artwork. Secured cases and wall displays are available as well.

Cultural and Recreational Facilities
No discussion of the conference facilities at Redlands would be complete without mention of its olympic-size pool, wet and dry saunas, weight-training facilities, walking track, and racquetball court.

Dining Rooms and Catering Services
Catering services are available for any size group up to 260. A variety of rooms and configurations are available for dining, including formal, sit-down meals and buffets.Please call for a full menu. Specialty items may also be requested.
